Music

The piano is a hobby and a passion of mine. Making music gives me a personal soundtrack that guides me through life – as my piano always understands me. It would be a joy if my music also accompanied you part of your way.

Glücksgriffe

My first public release Glücksgriffe (2023) is dedicated to my father, who always encourages me to capture my music. The tracks were recorded between 2016 and 2023. Every time I grew fond of a piece, I added a recording.

Although I always admired the work of Frédéric Chopin, to my surprise, none of it appeared on the album. Over the years, I played more neo-classical music by contemporary artists, such as Nils Frahm, Ólafur Arnalds, and Lambert. If you enjoy my interpretations, check out more of their wonderful music.

You can listen to Glücksgriffe on any major streaming platform or download it [103 MB] for free.

Abschiedskonzert

For over 10 years, my flute partner Friederike Schymura and I have enjoyed wonderful musical moments together. As teenagers, we shared our classical music at performances, concert tours, and competitions, such as Jugend Musiziert. Before I left for my Bachelor studies in 2011, Friederike and I concluded our fruitful and joyful collaboration with a farewell concert (“Abschiedskonzert”) for our families, friends, and community.

We played some of our favorite pieces including chamber music by Poulenc, Gaubert, Chaminade, and Ganne for traverse flute and piano, and solo music by Chopin, Debussy, and Leufgen. The album conveys the authentic live atmosphere with all its imperfections and the enormous fun we had.

The concert took place on the 3rd of July 2011 in the town hall of Pliezhausen. We released the recordings of this live performance in 2024. We are forever grateful for the teaching and mentoring of Elisabeth Eberle, Dieter Alber-Bakonyi, and Angela-Charlott Linckelmann, as well as the Music School Pliezhausen for the generous support.
